    • Photos, videos, or audio you share or that we capture during retreats for promotional use (only with your separate written consent).

    We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations (tax, accounting, insurance). Health data is retained for 7 years after your last retreat. Marketing lists are refreshed every 24 months; you can unsubscribe at any time.

    • Performance cookies (Google Analytics).
    • Marketing cookies (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest pixels) only with your consent.
